Abstract

Авторы анализируют системы государственного регулирования обращения электронных денег в ЕС, США и Сингапуре. Общим для этих стран является реальный факт создания системы государственного регулирования обращения принципиально новой сферы финансового бизнеса. Рассмотренные модели могут быть использованы при разработке законодательства, регулирующего обращение электронных денег в России
