Проблемные Вопросы Финансирования Мировых Судей

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемные вопросы нормативно-правового регулирования порядка финансирования мировых судей, автором обосновывается реформирование действующего законодательства необходимостью образования в субъектах Российской Федерации органов судебной власти, судейского сообщества и органов, обеспечивающих их деятельность, и, с учетом принципа разделения властей, имплементированных в разработку, представлено обсуждение проектов региональных бюджетов, расходование средств которых осуществляется и подконтрольно указанным органам.
