Abstract

В статье обосновывается новая идея построения экономической теории. Экономику авторы делят на пять уровней: наноэкономика, микроэкономика, мезоэкономика, макроэкономика и мегаэкономика. Наноэкономика рассматривается как экономика интеллектуального капитала, интеллектуальной собственности и инноваций. По мысли авторов, она является системообразующим началом для всех остальных экономик. Отмечается растущая роль правового фактора в современной экономической теории и практике, в частности, роль интеллектуального права.
