Abstract

Одна из важнейших задач развития отрасли АПК на сегодняшний день обеспечение продовольственной безопасности страны. Развитие отрасли невозможно без обеспечения сельского хозяйства современными материально-техническими ресурсами. Актуальность темы исследования обусловлена острой необходимостью произвести ускоренными темпами перевооружение основных фондов предприятий сельского хозяйства, и использование лизинга как эффективного финансового инструмента для обновления материально-технической базы. В статье проведен анализ лизинговой деятельности за 2010 2015 годы, состояние парка сельскохозяйственной техники в Российской Федерации, и на региональном уровне в Краснодарском крае в 2014 2015 годах, рассмотрены механизмы государственной поддержки в данном направлении, сделаны выводы и предложения по совершенствованию развития агролизинга.
