Abstract

В статье рассмотрены методические аспекты корпоративной социальной ответственности. Представлены методы управления корпоративной социальной ответственностью. Показаны особенности методов экономики и методов управления относительно корпоративной социальной ответственности. Представлена «Модель заинтересованных сторон» Эдварда Р. Фримена. Подробно описаны группы стейкхолдеров. Дано описание такого инструмента систематизации стейкхолдеров и принятия управленческих решений в области корпоративной социальной ответственности, как матрица Обри Л. Менделоу «Влияние-Значимость». В качестве альтернативной методики систематизации стейкхолдеров представлена атрибутивная модель Эйгла-Вуда-Митчелла. В рамках описания данной модели дана характеристика атрибутам: власть, легитимность, актуальность, входящим в нее. Рассмотрена пирамидальная модель Арчи Б. Кэрролла, а также представлена система показателей описывающих уровень развития корпоративной социальной ответственности.
