Abstract

Важность задачи повышения качества транспортного обслуживания на российских железных дорогах в последние годы стала абсолютно очевидной как с теоретической, так и с практической точки зрения. В статье описываются и анализируются различные возникающие на практике ситуации взаимосвязи объема грузовых железнодорожных перевозок и уровня их качества при использовании различных современных методик оценки влияния факторов на уровень спроса.
