Abstract

В статье определено понятие «промышленной политики» как системы мер, выступающей в качестве фактора, генерирующего деловую активность предпринимательского сектора, обеспечивающего прирост добавленной стоимости. Разработан механизм формирования корпоративных образований нового типа на основе построения информационной инфраструктуры, активизирующей предпринимательскую активность за счет субконтрактной кооперации. Предложена модель финансирования на примере деятельности инновационных строительных организаций для объектов социальной сферы в рамках государственно-частного партнерства, с привлечением финансовых ресурсов населения. Предложена концепция формирования и разработки промышленной политики в регионе на основе государственно-частного партнерства, направленная на трансформацию государственных предприятий в корпоративные образования нового типа.
