Исследование Динамики Факторного Влияния На Рождаемость Населения России

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются факторы, влияющие на рождаемость в регионах России. Система регрессоров для многофакторных моделей коэффициентов рождаемости в 2005— 2012 годах сформирована на основе современной концепции умного, устойчивого и инклюзивного роста, а также системы потребностей в соответствии с теориями мотивации. Определение наиболее значимых факторов и трендов их влияния произведено по стандартизованным β-коэффициентам. Выделены пять групп влияния факторов: 1) значимые долгосрочного влияния; 2) новые тенденции; 3) с переломными тенденциями; 4) краткосрочного и незначительного влияния; 5) не оказывающие влияния. Отмечено повышение степени влияния безработицы в регионах на процессы рождаемости как альтернативы трудовой деятельности. На основе исследования точек перегиба трендов факторного влияния сделаны выводы о явлениях конвергенции темпов рождаемости между периферийными регионами и центрами экономического развития, а также об эффективности введения института материнского капитала.
