Современное Наставничество: Новые Черты Традиционной Практики В Организациях Xxi Века

Abstract

В статье анализируются современные методы наставничества в организациях. Проводится сравнение актуальных практик с опытом наставничества как способа адаптации кадров в организациях СССР. Предпринимается попытка теоретического осмысления современного наставничества на основе многочисленных практических примеров. В результате анализа автор делает вывод о том, что наставничество является действенным и значимым механизмом воспроизводства кадрового потенциала организации, производственного опыта, а также представляет собой одну из основ корпоративной культуры.
