Анализ Системообразующих Факторов Внешней И Внутренней Среды В Формировании Стратегического Контроллинга (На Примере Корпоративных Структур Авиастроения)

Abstract

В статье обосновываются факторы внешней и внутренней среды авиастроительной корпорации, оказывающие влияние на построение системы контроллинга. Системный подход при внедрении контроллинга позволяет не только учесть влияние и воздействие сложной комбинации различных факторов, но и позволяет обеспечить решение ключевых задач отрасли авиастроения с наименьшими затратами. Автор обосновывает такие факторы внешней среды как институциональную среду, деятельность поставщиков и финансовых органов, требования потребителей, деятельность конкурентов, наукоемкие технологии в авиастроении. Среди факторов внутренней среды представлены: средства производства, производственный цикл, трудовые ресурсы, материальные ресурсы, способы и методы управления.
