Основные Направления Совершенствования Холдинга «Ржд» По Бизнес-Блокам

Abstract

В статье проводится обзор основных направлений совершенствования холдинга «РЖД» по бизнес-блокам: перевозочный и логистический бизнес-блок, блок пассажирских перевозок и сервиса, блок инфраструктуры, блок международного инжиниринга и транспортного строительства, социальный блок. Исследование в данной области проводится в связи с тем, что, начиная с 2014 года, по данным ОАО «РЖД», существуют предпосылки для формирования новой бизнес-модели, где предполагается управление крупными бизнес-блоками с учетом общности задач, технологий и дополнительных синергетических эффектов от скоординированной деятельности. Грамотная своевременная реализация основных направлений совершенствования Холдинга «РЖД» по бизнес-блокам, изложенных в статье, способна укрепить его позиции как в Российской Федерации, так и далеко за ее пределами.
