Abstract

Переход общества к концепции устойчивого развития подразумевает постановку и достижение широкого спектра различных социальных, экологических и экономических целей, не последнее место среди которых занимает повышение социальной ответственности бизнеса. Пути достижения этой цели различны, и одним из них является обращение к примерам прошлого. В статье на примере деятельности Московского общества распространения коммерческого образования, существовавшего в 1897-1918 годах, иллюстрируется социальная ответственность русских предпринимателей начала ХХ века, могущая, несомненно, послужить таким примером.
