Abstract

В статье исследуются меры политики содействия формированию собственности и имущества, реализованные в рамках социального рыночного хозяйства в ФРГ. Анализируются следующие основные направления данной политики: общее стимулирование сбережений, приватизация государственных предприятий в пользу домохозяйств, располагающих относительно невысокими доходами, стимулирование образования собственности у наемных работников, участие наемных работников в прибыли, содействующее накоплению собственности. Особое внимание уделено государственным программам (социального) жилищного строительства, а также институту ипотечного кредитования как элементам политики формирования собственности и имущества в Германии. Авторами собрана и проанализирована необходимая для исследования нормативная база, сделанные выводы относительно эффективности рассматриваемых мер подкреплены соответствующей статистической информацией.
