Abstract

Здоровье это основной капитал человека в XXI веке. Именно здоровье помогает адаптироваться к жизни в условиях постоянно усложняющихся перемен под влиянием глобализации, технологического прогресса и экологических проблем. Однако современная национальная система здравоохранения не обеспечивает тот уровень равнодоступности высококачественных медицинских услуг, который был во времена СССР. Поэтому «бесплатная медицина» одна из главных причин ностальгии россиян по советской эпохе, в которой здоровье гражданина было заботой государства. Очевидно, что в настоящее время необходима широкая просветительская программа, которая обеспечит превентивные меры по сохранению здоровья нации.
