Abstract

В статье раскрываются проблемы анализа трансакционных издержек в интегрированных банковских институтах с целью совершенствования системы управления удаленными подразделениями. Рассматриваются методы минимизации трансакционных издержек применительно к банковскому сектору. Предлагается модель учета трансакционных издержек для оценки эффективности деятельности центров прибыльности коммерческого банка.
