Abstract

В статье исследуются методологические и практические подходы к использованию системы общественных закупок как инструмента реализации антикризисных планов Правительства Российской Федерации на 2015-2016 годы. Авторы обобщают и анализируют первые итоги выполнения комплекса мероприятий в сфере закупок, предусмотренных планом Правительства России на 2015 год, и рассматривают приоритеты нового плана на 2016 год. Предложены принципы и ключевые направления повышения эффективности общественных закупок как механизма стабилизации и развития российской экономики.
