Abstract

Автором обоснован интегрированный подход к формированию и реализации стратегии роста предприятий, основанный на совместном применении стратегического планирования, процессной и стоимостно-ориентированной концепций, что обеспечивает системный взгляд на стратегию роста, существенно повышает результативность деятельности предприятия. Предложена авторская концептуально-логическая схема формирования и реализации стратегии роста предприятий, которая представляет собой совокупность взаимосвязанных базовых методических положений, лежащих в основе логики процесса выработки стратегии роста предприятий, отражает ее ситуационный характер, совокупность факторов, влияющих на состояние роста предприятия, систему критериев выбора наиболее обоснованных вариантов сценариев роста.
