Abstract

На протяжении последних лет в России наблюдается устойчивое укрепление структурных подразделений компаний, осуществляющих функции контроля финансово-хозяйственной деятельности и внутреннего аудита. Подразделения, выполняющие эти функции, существуют на сегодняшний день в крупных и многих средних российских компаниях, и их роль становиться еще более значимой в условиях возрастающей актуальности оптимизации расходов и необходимости повышения инвестиционной привлекательности компаний на фоне кризисных явлений в экономике и ограниченности источников привлечения капитала в настоящее время. Несмотря на достаточно глубокую проработку и значительное освещение в настоящее время методических подходов и рекомендаций по выбору моделей организации и функционирования подразделений внутреннего контроля и аудита, вопросы оценки эффективности их деятельности являются наименее формализованными.
