Abstract

В статье рассматриваются принципы организации работы ревизионных комиссий, их основные задачи и компетенции; определяется место в системе корпоративного управления и контроля деятельности акционерных обществ. Обобщается практика работы ревизионных комиссий и даются рекомендации по ее совершенствованию.
