Abstract

В статье изложены методические основы к формированию системы оценки и мониторинга экономической устойчивости кластеров, рассматриваемых в качестве интеграционных форм организации производства, преобразования и экономического развития региональных экономических систем. Предложен методический подход к оценке состояния экономической устойчивости кластеров в стратегическом аспекте. Исследования направлены на формирование системного взгляда на оценку и мониторинг экономической устойчивости кластеров. В основу оценки экономической устойчивости положены элементы и синергетические эффекты потенциала кластера, факторы риска внешней среды, риски дестабилизации состояния параметров потенциала. Это позволяет осуществлять мониторинг и определять вектор устойчивости, а также тренды развития при эволюции кластеров.
