Abstract

В статье раскрыта сущность стратегического управления социально-экономическим развитием региона, рассмотрены подходы к решению проблем управления региональным развитием. Обоснован методологический подход к стратегическому управлению региональным развитием в русле эволюционной теории, учитывающей трансформационные процессы в системах регионального уровня
