Abstract

В статье рассматривается место управления развитием транспортного комплекса Российской Федерации в формирующейся системе стратегического планирования. Акцентируется внимание на усилении роли транспортного комплекса страны как «интегратора» отраслевого и пространственного аспектов стратегического планирования. Авторы показывают необходимость системного подхода к стратегированию транспортного комплекса с учетом требований как самого закона о стратегическом планировании, так и ряда других законодательных актов, имеющих принципиальное значение для перспектив развития российской экономики, а именно законов о промышленной политике, о государственно-частном партнерстве, о дальнейшем формировании системы институтов территориального развития и пр.
