Abstract

В статье выделены факторы и определена степень их влияния на развитие лизинговой деятельности. Подробно раскрывается механизм применения видов страхования, который позволяют обеспечить защиту по нескольким направлениям. Во-первых, снизить материальные потери. Во-вторых, снизить финансовые риски через страхование дополнительных рисков не связанных с самим имуществом напрямую.
