Abstract

Импульсом территориальному развитию регионов на основе новых центров генерирования конкурентоспособности должна стать зарекомендовавшая себя в развитых странах новая форма пространственной организации производства кластерная. Кластерный подход становится базовым методом не только в региональных структурных сдвигах территориально-производственных комплексов, но и в их формировании, что объясняется их высоким конкурентным преимуществом как на глобальном, так и национальном рынках.
