Abstract

В статье дается характеристика современного состояния сектора малого и среднего предпринимательства (МСП) российской экономики. Определяется место сектора МСП в реализации задач, намеченных планом Правительства России по привлечению инвестиций, технологическому обновлению производства и созданию высококвалифицированных рабочих мест. Указаны необходимые новации в системе государственной поддержки МСП, отвечающие усилению роли МСП в достижении приоритетных целей модернизации российской экономики.
