Abstract

Статья посвящена актуальным вопросам применения выявленных резервов на основании анализа конкурентоспособности. Приведены результаты анализа классификации резервов конкурентоспособности, а также исследования предприятий пищевой промышленности, свидетельствующие о целесообразности и перспективности процессного подхода к исследованию резервов и уровня конкурентосопосбности в современной практике.
