Abstract

В статье анализируется состояние продовольственного рынка России как важнейшего фактора достижения продовольственной безопасности в условиях ВТО. Рассматривается уровень продовольственной безопасности по таким критериям, как уровень самообеспеченности страны продовольствием, объем производства, нормы потребления, доступность продовольственной продукции. Предложен ряд мероприятий по оптимизации продовольственного рынка и его защите.
