Корпоративная Система Подготовки И Повышения Квалификации Кадров В Крупных Компаниях

Abstract

Изложены предпосылки создания в крупных компаниях собственных корпоративных систем подготовки и повышения квалификации кадров, прежде всего, специалистов и руководителей. Это обусловлено наличием у крупных корпораций собственных, порой уникальных, политик, стратегий, целей и задач, а также спецификой организационно-технической и бизнес-деятельности. Система повышения квалификации в крупной корпорации показана на примере ОАО «Российские железные дороги».
