Abstract

Статья раскрывает особенности деятельности субъектов среднего предпринимательства в условиях экономики с высокой долей государственного регулирования. Выделяются внутренние механизмы поведения субъектов в условиях неблагоприятной внешней среды и неразвитости экономических институтов. Проанализирована структура основных фондов субъектов среднего предпринимательства, а также их влияние на постоянные издержки предприятия. Результатом данной работы является выделение противоречия между либеральной экономической моделью и практикой рационального поведения субъектов среднего предпринимательства в Российской Федерации.
