Abstract

В статье изложены принципы построения организации и функционирования системы внутреннего контроля и аудита в Федеральном казначействе Российской Федерации. Рассмотрены направления повышения эффективности внутреннего контроля, внутреннего аудита в казначействе. Одним из главных факторов, который заставляет совершенствовать систему контроля, является изменение методов государственного управления. Бюджет 2014-2016 годов сформирован по программному принципу. Соответственно у Федерального казначейства перестраивается структура контроля.
