Abstract

Рассматривается одна из исключительно актуальных проблем государственного управления формирование и развитие системы контроля. Показана необходимость совершенствования системы контроля в России за счет его развития и дополнения госконтроля различными формами общественного контроля, необходимостью делегирования части полномочий государственных контрольных органов на уровень общественных институтов, саморегулируемых организаций, а также на уровень внутрикорпоративного контроля и внутреннего аудита. Отмечается необходимость создания единой методологической базы и единой системы стандартов для осуществления контрольных процедур.
