Abstract

В статье рассматривается взаимосвязь экономики и здоровья населения в России, обосновывается значение здоровья нации для формирования эффективной экономики. Проведен анализ здоровья населения и качества здравоохранения. Для правильного выбора приоритетов государственной политики в сфере здравоохранения предложен показатель потерянных лет здоровой жизни (DALY disability adjusted life years) (ком-мент. 1). Данный показатель открывает возможности для получения комплексных оценок здоровья и для оценки величины экономического ущерба от потерь трудового потенциала страны. Обоснована необходимость создания национального проекта по оценке бремени болезней населения.
