Современные Инструменты Инвестиционной Поддержки Проектов В Области Импортозамещения

Abstract

В статье рассматривается инвестиционный аспект решения проблемы импортозамещения ключевой задачи промышленной политики Российского государства на современном этапе. Анализируются возможные источники финансирования проектов в области импортозамещения, механизмы бюджетного финансирования, а также меры по стимулированию притока частного капитала для реализации задач импортозамещения. Особое внимание уделено анализу деятельности Фонда развития промышленности как специализированного института, в задачи которого входит поддержка проектов импортозамещения, предложены меры по совершенствованию его деятельности. Также обосновывается необходимость разработки Комплексной государственной программы импортозамещения, определяются ее основные составляющие.
