Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам применения форм ГЧП в проектах развития железнодорожной инфраструктуры. Приведены результаты анализа современных тенденций привлечения частных средств, показывающих успешные результаты для всех участников проекта, а именно: требуемую доходность, диверсификацию и нивелирование рисков. Обосновано, что в проектах ГЧП следует рассматривать железнодорожный транспорт в качестве индустрии, производящей дифференцируемую транспортную продукцию (продукт перемещения), а не простое предоставление инженерных коммуникаций
