Abstract

В статье рассматриваются экономические и правовые проблемы, связанные с практической реализацией нового федерального закона о зонах опережающего развития, ориентированного прежде всего на подъем экономики и устойчивое социальное развитие регионов Дальнего Востока Отмечается необходимость критического подхода к использованию зарубежного опыта экономического зонирования В статье показано, что для максимального позитивного эффекта этого начинания оно должно быть дополнено институтами и инструментами, обеспечивающими роль данных территорий как локомотива для всего хозяйственного и социального комплекса соответствующих регионов
