Abstract

В настоящее время проблемы, которые возникают в аудиторской деятельности не только в России, но и в мире в целом, носят институциональный характер и связаны с неэффективностью функционирования института аудита в целом. Одной из важнейших функций института аудита является установление качества публикуемой финансовой информации общественно значимых хозяйствующих субъектов, а одной из возможных дисфункций подтверждение некачественной финансовой информации о результатах деятельности таких хозяйствующих субъектов. Устранение и предотвращение в будущем этой дисфункции возможно только при введении эффективного механизма обеспечения качества аудита.
