Abstract

Для осуществления процессов модернизации всех сторон экономики и культуры современной России на первый план выходит процесс формирования благоприятной образовательной среды, способствующей становлению креативно-управленческого класса по всей стране, а для этого необходим новый подход к подготовке кадров, построению новой образовательной системы, ориентированной на современные экономические отношения.
