Abstract

В статье исследуется существующий механизм государственно-частного партнерства при реализации инфраструктурных проектов и рассматриваются перспективные направления его совершенствования. Автором подробно рассмотрен мировой опыт и методика реализации проектов государственно-частного партнерства в крупных инвестиционных проектах, формирующих инфраструктуру в различных отраслях Российской Федерации. Изложены принципы формирования программ типовых проектов государственно-частного партнерства, отражена роль Внешэкономбанка в развитии ГЧП в России.
