Abstract

Несмотря на финансовый кризис, идея создания в России международного финансового центра не снята с повестки дня. Более того, кризис мировых валют, ситуация вокруг доллара, евро и существующих финансовых рынков, неэффективная деятельность мировых финансовых структур ставят задачу создания новой мировой финансовой архитектуры. В статье рассматриваются проблемы и перспективы развития столичного мегаполиса как международного финансового центра.
