Abstract

В статье рассматривается процесс модификации корпоративной культуры страховых компаний. Анализ особенностей процесса и представленные рекомендации должны привести к появлению в компании «ростков» инновационной корпоративной культуры, в том числе агентской субкультуры и субкультуры работников офисов, не связанных с продажами.
