Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу правовой природы и перспектив использования в России нового механизма государственно-частного партнерства контрактов жизненного цикла. В настоящей работе исследуются отличие контрактов жизненного цикла от других механизмов государственно-частного партнерства, а также зарубежный опыт применения данного механизма, возможные сферы применения контрактов жизненного цикла в России, преимущества для государственного и частного партнеров от реализации контрактов жизненного цикла. Также в статье формулируются предложения по изменению законодательства Российской Федерации в целях реализации данных контрактов с участием государства.
