Abstract

В статье анализируются положения нового закона Великобритании о взяточничестве (The UK Bribery Act 2010), рассматриваются его юрисдикция и распространение его действия на зарубежные (в том числе российские) компании, исследуются возможные риски и ответственность бизнеса, связанные с действием антикоррупционных актов и адекватные меры по защите от наступления негативных последствий.
