Abstract

Публичное размещение акций предприятия (IPO) является одним из основных инструментов финансирования интенсивного развития. В статье выделяется комплекс рисков IPO для компании-эмитента и рассматриваются вопросы минимизации рисков IPO путем применения механизма страхования.
