Abstract

Статья посвящена актуальным вопросам управления человеческим капиталом компании. В статье представлена характеристика человеческого капитала как одного из факторов производства постиндустриального общества, рассмотрены его свойства и особенности как одного из видов капитала. Рассмотрены методические подходы к управлению человеческим капиталом в интересах работника и работодателя. Отдельное внимание уделено управлению вознаграждениями в системе управления человеческим капиталом компании. Представлена система показателей, характеризующая отклонения уровня вознаграждения от рыночной стоимости человеческого капитала. Предложена авторская методика расчета ROI на человеческий капитал.
