Abstract

Уровень развития банковского маркетинга характеризует состояние банковского сектора страны, а значит, экономическую и социальную жизнь нашего общества. Он специфичен в каждом элементе комплекса маркетинга. Продукт, цена, сбыт и продвижение в банковской отрасли выступают интегрированным процессом, обслуживающим как потребности банков в прибыли, так и потребности населения в финансовых услугах, от которых зависит их качество жизни, что требует от каждой стороны взаимодействия определенной грамотности (в том числе научной).
