Abstract

Рассмотрена система регулирования бюджетного учета в Российской Федерации. Предложен подход к структурированию существующей общепринятой системы правового регулирования бюджетного учета и отчетности для бюджетных учреждений высшего профессионального образования. Определены направления проведения бюджетной реформы и ее связь с новой системой бюджетного учета и отчетности
