Abstract

В статье обсуждается актуальность построения комплексной системы риск-менеджмента на железнодорожном предприятии. Рассматривается процесс минимизации рисков предприятия как составной элемент общего процесса управления. Сформулированы основные методы и принципы управления рисками транспортного предприятия с учетом требований современной экономики.
