Abstract

В статье изложена теория и практика организации системы внутреннего аудита и контроля в крупной компании. Рассмотрены особенности формирования единой системы внутреннего контроля в вертикально интегрированной корпорации холдингового типа. Особое внимание уделено проблеме управления рисками, а также взаимодействию внутреннего аудита и риск-менеджмента. Анализируются методы и подходы в работе по выявлению и предупреждению мошенничеств и иных злоупотреблений в финансово-экономической сфере. Большое внимание уделено рассмотрению практического опыта организации и совершенствования системы внутреннего аудита в ОАО «Российские железные дороги».
