Abstract

В статье изложены актуальные проблемы создания кадрового потенциала модернизации экономики России. Сделан акцент на необходимости проведения государственной кадровой политики с учетом негативной демографической ситуации. Определена роль торгово-промышленных палат и других предпринимательских объединений в решении задачи подготовки кадровых ресурсов.
