Abstract

Членство в ВТО является заманчивой перспективой для любой страны с развивающейся экономикой. Курс развития России также рассчитан на достижение этой цели. Но ситуация в ряде стран, недавно вступивших в ВТО, осталась прежней, рынок финансовых услуг остался слабым, неконкурентоспособным, а иностранные инвестиции в важнейшие производственные отрасли не возросли. Таким образом, при форсировании вступления России в ВТО иностранные банки получат контроль над финансовыми потоками российской экономики, а риски лишь возрастут.
